Based in our Home Office in Dorset we offer a vast array of services focusing on advising, preparing and submitting planning applications
What Do We Offer?
At the beginning of every project you will receive a 45 minute no-obligation initial consultation either on site or over the phone to discuss your proposal and answer any queries
Subsequently you will receive a written outline of the work involved, including a fee estimation and an approximate timescale for the submission of the application. Most applications will take time to prepare and, once submitted, should be determined within 8 weeks of Council registration, however this will vary depending on the type of application, any necessary amendments and the resolution of unforeseen issues along the way
