Our Fee's Explained

Charges for the work undertaken on your behalf comprises of fees which are charged at an hourly rate, a reduced fee rate for travel time, a mileage charge and expenses

Before any work on your project can commence we require written confirmation of our appointment and may require an advance payment

Statutory fees are either payable through the practice or can be paid directly by the client
​

We are open to discussions regarding fixed prices or performance related bonuses, however these cannot be guaranteed and will be considered on a client by client basis

Invoices are sent at the point of submission or completion and must be paid within 15 days


Fees
We are a small business operating from a home-based office, therefore we offer high quality planning services at a reasonable but competitive rate, with a personalised approach every step of the way
Additional Charges

Where agreed, the use of external consultants, their appointment and fees are your responsibility​. This includes architects, ecologists, arboriculturists, heritage, draining experts etcetera

Building Regulation applications are separate to planning and is not a service undertaken by the practice

​The practice is not VAT registered, therefore VAT is not charged
​

Additional work on an application post submission will be subject to additional charges and separate invoices​
