Different types of applications follow different procedures and therefore vary in length, however, on average most applications are prepared, submitted and outcomes are determined within six months
We also offer Planning Design and Access statements and Appeals following refusals. If an application has been refused, we can work to contest this in a number of ways including lodging an appeal by way of a written appeal statement, an informal hearing, or acting as an expert witness at public inquiry. On average, it takes nine to twelve months for an appeal to be lodged and a decision to be made
